This live/work single floor space had no “getaway” for the residents, so this small 7’ x 8” loft addition was a really big deal for what it created for this couple. Finished with an obscured ¼” acrylic panel, this saved a lot of money compared to their first choice of thick glass for the railings. Overall this was just a really fun small project that illustrates how design services provided by myself or the team, can expedite the construction process. This project took me 4 days to complete, alone.
