This was a large project consisting of work in just about every part of the house. This included remodeling all bathrooms and the kitchen, and major seismic upgrades. The main project challenges had to do with access for our heavy equipment and a very complex scaffolding setup required by an odd building layout as well as some very stubborn trees. Some other highlights are heavy insulation upgrades throughout the entire home, as well as a new PV system and thermal water panels.
