Crocker Highlands Half Bath

A 35 sq ft half bath for a 1924 home in Crocker Highlands. Like a lot of houses from that era, it had no bathroom on the first floor, so every guest had to go upstairs. The house also had a second set of stairs at the back, a service stair from the days when the help used their own route through the house. You rarely see two staircases in a house this size. We closed off the old back stair and turned the space into a closet.
