This project is a 575 sq ft ADU built in the backyard of this lot. The new construction project has been designed for the homeowner to live in upon completion of, when she will then rent out the much larger main house. Sometimes, the goal of a project is that one actually needs less space, as opposed to more. This 1 bedroom 1 bath features a very simple open floor concept, with a 12’ bi-fold door opening up to the gorgeous backyard. It also utilizes a state of the art heat pump for water heating, as well as 2×6 walls for superior insulation value, leading to greatly reduced heating/cooling needs. As of June 2025 this project is still under construction, and we will be complete by the end of of the year. Check back soon for final pics!
